Helping the Church Thrive—One Worship Leader at a Time
If you’ve been reading this Substack for any amount of time, you know my heart beats for a Church that’s healthy, creative, and flourishing. I care deeply about the leaders who make worship possible—week in and week out—and I believe their spiritual and emotional health is vital to the health of the Church.
That’s why I’m proud to be part of an organization like Green Room Leaders. We exist to help worship leaders get off the ministry treadmill and rediscover the joy of their calling. Through coaching, substitute worship leading, and spiritual formation, we create space for rest, renewal, and sustainability in ministry.
We’ve just launched something new called Friends of Green Room Leaders—a way for folks who care about the Church and its leaders to walk with us more intentionally.
If you’ve found this Substack meaningful, or if you’d like to support me in the work I do—this is the best way you can do that:

Whether it’s a one-time gift or a small monthly contribution, it goes directly toward the kind of work I talk about here—supporting worship leaders, nurturing the creative soul of the Church, and helping pastors avoid burnout.
Thanks for reading. And thanks for caring about the Church.

P.S. If you or someone you know could use support as a worship leader—or if your church could use help strengthening its creative soul—I’d love to talk more. This is what we do at Green Room Leaders.
